I'm ready for spring.

I know this week, blog-wise, was kind of a let down after last week's insane posting!;) Sorry about that. It was literally a factory in my house this past week with everyone's orders coming in. If I usually ship your order to you, it has been shipped. If you live nearby, I will make, or have made, arrangements with you to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you placed your order with me this week, everything has been processed and we are back on track!! whew!:) This five day ordering deadline is so helpful, so for those of you who have totally rocked that, THANK YOU!:)

Now... between kids, the gym, work, and all the other things that life brings into our daily routine, I did manage to sneak out of the house this week for a bit to capture the amazing beauty of ICE.:) (Look, I'm just trying to be positive here!) I think it was Wednesday night when the ice began to melt and the sun was setting in all its glory... I couldn't resist the urge to capture something so fleeting, and so perfect all at once. So, here's what I came up with.
And for my sanity, (and maybe yours?) I had to remind myself that spring REALLY is around the corner. See... I THINK there's green in this next picture?? Am I right?!
And you know what I love about tulips? They are so darned persistent. It's literally freezing cold out, but what a great reminder of spring! I think I literally squealed when I saw them peeking through the dirt. It really has been a L.O.N.G. winter.
Thanks for indulging me on my rambling!;) Have a terrific rest of the weekend.:)

Would it be insensitive to let you know that we had clear skies and sunshine at 76 degrees today in Southern California? ;)

If so, then I'm lying.

But I'll affirm your sighting of GREEN!!!!
